Suzuki Kizashi Officially Launched

O yes, the moment we've been waiting for. The all new Suzuki Kizashi has been officially launched in Pakistan on 11 February 2015 at PC Lahore. It has many features like i told you in my previous post like push start engine button, power windows, power wheel, 2.4l engine cvt transmission and paddle shifters. Over all its really a luxury sedan in Pakistan by Suzuki, though i wonder why it hasn't been introduced earlier.

Its introductory price is 5 million. O yes. you have read right. 5 million is the introductory price of this sedan. I wonder why Suzuki has set the price so high. Comparing this sedan to other 2.4 like accord or Camry, kizashi is way behind in looks and interior. Though its a nice car but the price is a fair according to the price of other brand's sedans 2.4.

So, according to me, we can give Suzuki a chance to prove they can built sedans too instead of Mehran, Cultus or Bolan Like every individual knows about them. Think for a moment what do you have in mind if someone asks you or take a name of Suzuki in front of you, suddenly a picture of Mehran or Bolan appears in front of you, Suzuki is introducing this luxury sedan because they want to change the perception of people for Suzuki. So its a good step for them, I appreciate.

Talking of interior, the interior of kizashi really impressed me a lot. Its good, really good. One's perception, way of thinking about Suzuki will change when they see the interior of kizahi as its you can say its a next level of production from Suzuki in Pakistan. Loved it.

So, its happening now. Suzuki is stepping into luxury sedans in Pakistan. Suzuki Kizashi is going to be launched this month in Pakistan. "Kizashi" is a Japanese word meaning that Something great is coming. It has some superior engine with a flawless aerodynamic. 2.4 l vvt is a powerful yet fuel efficient engine. The forceful engine is also a super fuel efficient as it goes 100kms^ in 7.9L. Its an economy car. It starts with a key less push start button. It's automatic transmission cvt allows it to change the gears infinitely depending on the conditions and speed for the comfort of passengers. For the Pakistan's market, the price is a bit higher as its introductory price is 4m. It is failed in America and as well as India for the higher price and less engine. So hope for good. Waiting to see Kizashi on Pakistan's roads.

Samsara

I just finished watching a documentary "Samsara" referred by a friend. I love to watch documentaries on automotive and new technologies but that was a whole different thing. It was filmed on a 70mm film in 25 countries over 5 years. In this documentary the director shows the sacred, industrial and natural beauty and landscapes in a mesmerizing way. It's a must watch documentary if you haven't yet seen.
